By booking a vehicle with Dolce Vita Alpine Drive, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Eligibility

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years. International driving permits may be required for non-EU residents.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit amount will be blocked on a credit card and released after vehicle inspection, provided no damages or violations are found.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Off-road driving, racing, or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the booking start time. Late cancellations may incur charges.

6. Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage, traffic fines, or violations incurred during the rental period.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup unless otherwise agreed.
