This Rental Agreement is between Dolce Vita Alpine Drive (“Company”) and the renter (“Customer”).

1. Vehicle Condition

The vehicle is delivered in excellent condition and must be returned in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

2. Insurance

Basic insurance is included unless otherwise stated. The renter may be liable for an excess amount in case of damage.

3. Prohibited Use

The vehicle must not be used for:

• Racing or motorsport events
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Transporting illegal goods
• Subleasing or unauthorized drivers

4. Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including fines, tolls, and penalties.

5. Breakdown Assistance

24/7 roadside assistance is provided in case of mechanical failure.

6. Return Policy

Late returns may incur additional charges.
